My Talerang Journey – Aahuti Sejpal

Talerang has been a wonderful experience! It gave me insight on how the corporate world functions, something I wasn’t very well-versed with as an Arts student.

I worked with Aditya Birla Group as an HR intern for six weeks, where I learnt new things and put my Talerang knowledge to practice. It was a pleasure to be mentored by Amisha Rai and Isheeta Bali, both of whom appraised my performance. I organized a ‘nukkad natak’ as a goal setting exercise that everyone in the office enjoyed and appreciated.

There have been many key takeaways from my internship, both theoretical and practical. I met successful people, spoke to the CPO, attended a training session, learnt how to send professional mails, and learnt how to work on Excel and PowerPoint.

My biggest achievement at Talerang was becoming more confident and as a result, becoming a better speaker. I can confidently say that I am work ready now.
