It began as research. Our Founder Shveta Raina, a Harvard Business School graduate who also writes a weekly column for Dainik Bhaskar on student issues, started by asking a simple question: why are India’s graduates so unprepared for the workforce? The answer turned into Talerang. 

Today, we are India’s leading work-readiness platform having trained 500,000+ students, reached 30 million, and built a community of mentors, alumni, and corporate partners who believe in the same mission. The research never stopped; it just grew into something bigger.
