Education World called our Founder Shveta Raina a work-readiness pioneer and it’s a label that comes with real responsibility. Being first means there was no playbook. No benchmark to follow. Shveta built Talerang from a Harvard research project into a platform that serves students aged 12 to 30, with a team of 250+ mentors, partnerships with top corporates and the UN Development Program, and a Career Track Simulation program that gives young people real corporate experience before their first real job. The pioneering work continues.
