When our Founder Shveta Raina was at Harvard Business School, she didn’t set out to build a company, she set out to solve a problem. Her independent research revealed something stark: less than 60% of students felt ready for a real job, and nearly half had no mentor to guide them. That research became Talerang.
Today, we’ve trained 500,000+ students and reached 30 million across India through a curriculum that combines Harvard cases, mentorship, internships, and real industry exposure, all connected to 350+ corporate partners. The mission is still the same: every student deserves to be work-ready.
