Make sure you block some time on your manager’s calendar on a weekly basis and ask for his/ her views on the quality of your work. What have you been doing well, how could it be better, is your turnaround time good or can it be improved etc. Apart from helping you improve, this also shows that you are willing to put in the extra effort and value feedback from your manager!
